At ReParts.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to supply high-quality mobile spare parts and accessories. Due to the sensitive and technical nature of electronic components, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to protect both customers and the integrity of our products.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
You receive a defective product.
You receive a damaged product.
You receive an incorrect item.
The product received does not match the order placed.
Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and uninstalled.
Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact.
The product must not show signs of physical damage, tampering, soldering, scratches, or modification.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided.
An unboxing video may be required for damaged or incorrect product claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Installed or used spare parts.
Products damaged during installation.
Physically damaged products after delivery.
Products with removed warranty stickers or seals.
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
Clearance sale or special-order items.
Products damaged due to improper handling or repair attempts.
4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
If a product is found to be defective upon arrival:
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Share photographs, videos, and order details.
Our technical team may verify the issue.
Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be processed.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your Order ID.
Describe the issue.
Attach relevant photos or videos.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Inspection and Approval
After receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it.
If the return request is approved:
A replacement product may be shipped, or
A refund may be issued, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
ReParts.in reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
Product is unavailable after order confirmation.
Approved return due to defective or incorrect product.
Order cancellation before shipment.
Duplicate payment made by the customer.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through:
Original payment method, or
Bank transfer, where applicable.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
9. Shipping Charges
For Our Error
If the return is due to:
Wrong product supplied
Defective product
Damaged product received
ReParts.in will bear applicable return shipping costs.
For Customer Error
If the return is requested due to:
Wrong item ordered
Compatibility issues
Change of mind
Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, subject to return approval.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and standard return procedures will apply.
11. Limitation of Liability
ReParts.in is not responsible for:
Damage caused during installation.
Labor or repair charges.
Loss of business or profits.
Consequential damages arising from product use.
Customers are advised to have spare parts installed by qualified technicians.
